Give you energy
This is the best multivitamin I have use. It works great, I used 1 a day for a week. It work good and then I read the label an it said take 2 a day. Have enough energy to work 12 hrs night shift, just get a little sleepy due the hrs. Still have energy to workout

Good stuff!!
Had to upgrade to value size after trying it out. After taking for a few weeks I can tell the differnce just have more energy and feel better overall.

Formula Change?
I cant confirm a formula change.. but my body has either developed a tolerance for the vitamins or there has been a formula change. When I first started taking these (2016) I would notice an uptick in energy and libido. My last couple bottles I went with a competitor, but opted to come back to these ISO of the original benefits. Not sure if they had a formula change or if its just me.

Exceeded Expectations
This has been a great replacement for GNC's Mega Men Sport vitamins. I've found it hard to find a good replacement, especially among those sold in-store, but GAT Mens Multi +Test has met & exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

I love this multivitamin.
I love this multivitamin. It takes a week to set in, but then I notice a significant increase in overall energy.
