I wanted to try this brand of Chelated Magnesium because it is a better price than the brand I have been taking. The Horbaach magnesium capsules are easy to swallow-even for a petite person-and the taste is neutral. While I can’t speak to the absorbency of these magnesium capsules, I can say that I had no problems and noticed no side effects when I switched from my old brand of capsules to this one. The expiration for the bottle I received is 1/2026. If you are looking for an affordable chelated magnesium supplement, this seems to be a good one.

They are easy to swallow.

I am very happy with this chelated magnesium. 1 serving = 2 capsules, so this is a 120-day supply, which should last you approximately 4 months. The capsules have no taste and are easy to swallow. Normal sized pill.<br /><br />Only thing I don't like is that they don't tell you how much magnesium oxide you are getting & how much magnesium bisglycinate you are getting. Yes, they tell you, you are getting 400 mg per serving of Magnesium as Magnesium Bisglycinate and Magnesium Oxide, but is that 390 mg of magnesium oxide and only 10mg of magnesium bisglycinate? Or is it 50% one, 50% the other? Also, there is very little information out there about Magnesium Bisglycinate, when I searched for it on the internet I had to get to page 2 of the search results before finding out anything about it and it wasn't a lot of info. Would be nice if they posted some of that information in the ad, such as why magnesium bisglycinate is better, or what benefits you may get taking this supplement. All I got from the ad was that this was a "high absorption" type of magnesium.<br /><br />Love that it's made in the US, that it's soy-free & gluten free.<br /><br />So far I'm liking it more than my usual magnesium (which is just magnesium oxide) and haven't had any side effects.<br /><br />Only thing I'd like more, if one capsule = 400mg instead of 2 capsules, but maybe that's not possible?

This large bottle with a total of 240 capsules (2 caps daily) is a great value for what seems to be high quality, rapid absorption Magnesium. Great for symptoms that range from restless legs to frequent headaches, as recommend by my primary care provider, of course.
