This shake is awesome. I bought it at the store because it was on clearance. Now I'm hooked. I was leary that you make it with water. I like taste. It is great if you follow the instructions, add ice, etc. Personally I add about a cup of frozen fruit to give it extra kick. I've lost 9 pounds in a little over a week with diet, exercise, and this beast.
Great shake, I use lactaid milk with it and Ice and it's a wonderful filling breakfast. I've been mixing fruit in too, for a different flavor. I would recommend this product.
We like the chocolate better but this was good with cold coffee
For most of the can it was OK, taste is OK, nice enough to drink with milk. But near the end of the can the taste becomes quite chemical like, I am not sure why or how, but it needed fruit processed with it to make it enjoyable. Maybe it was just my can or my taste buds....

I love this stuff! It tastes really yummy and I've lost 9 pounds in 2weeks! I even started giving it to my husband and two boys! The boys think it's a treat! My husband has also lost weight!
