I take 10,000 mcg of biotin each day for my hair, nails and skin. I get tired of taking capsules all of the time so when I can find a gummy that works well, I am a happy camper!<br /><br />I started taking biotin after some surgery when the NP suggested that I take 10,000 mcg of biotin, which is an essential B Vitamin, to help with the healing process. As I took it, I noticed that my hair was growing more quickly and was fuller and my nails grew very quickly. The thing that surprised me most was that my skin was soft--no rough elbows even without using moisturizers!<br /><br />So, from that time on I have taken biotin for fuller hair, stronger longer nails and soft skin.<br /><br />These gummies state that they are 10,000 mcg. The dosage is 2 gummies so these are a 30 day supply for me. They did work as expected for my nails, hair and skin.<br /><br />The taste is great and the texture is very good and not sticky. They are a pleasure to take and believe me, I know what to expect from a Biotin dose and can tell if the dosage is as strong as stated. These really did work well and I like them. They are natural and kosher too.<br /><br />Made in Israel and packaged in the USA.

I know I shouldn't get so much joy out of taking as many supplements as I can via gummy, but I do! These are a little treat and they definitely work because I've noticed my hair and nails growing faster and stronger.

I love gummy vitamins. I hate taking pills and vitamin pills smell awful in my opinion, so gummies are my go too for my vitamins. These vitamin gummies were not one of my favorites. The texture is very gritty which I did not like and the flavor is kind of off. I gave them to my daughter and she did like them, so because of that I only took 2 stars off cause every person's taste is different.

I would have given it a five but I was wondering where did a brown ring on the top come from🤔

Flavor is good, mild berry taste.<br />This will last you quite a while as there is a lot in there. Still no results after several weeks but vitamins take time.<br /><br />Overall, I'd recommend.
