I've been told it's a combination of hormonal changes and age BUT there are ways to help remedy these issues; one of the suggestions I've heard a lot is biotin. Along with collagen, biotin is the top recommendation from other women. I was excited to find this biotin + collagen supplement so I<br />can get both in a single dose AND as gummies.<br /><br />The 2-pack is a great value, and each bottle provides a 30-day serving. The packaging states that 2 gummies (1 serving) are required daily and consistently for noticeable effects. The gummies taste sweet and slightly fruity, but when I chew them they seem to simply become smaller gummy chunks rather than dissolving or breaking down as well as other gummy supplements I take. Because of this, I'm curious about how well my body absorbs them and if they dissolve very well, but I have seen positive changes.<br /><br />I've taken these daily for a few weeks and I seem to be losing less hair than usual, and while my nails are still brittle, they're not peeling in layers as much as they were. This leads me to believe that the biotin and collagen are effective, and I don't want to stop taking them to find out if I lose ground! The flavor is awful

I’m always very skeptical about any form of gummy vitamin. They tend to be too sweet or odd tasting for me. These are neither too sweet nor are they odd tasting. I’m very pleased with these.

my elderly mother has very thin hair and I have been trying to find something that will help her and so far, the taste is fine and these are supposed to have a lot of what is dr recommended. my mom hasn't been able to try this long enough to notice a difference but I will update after longer use.

I’ve taken capsules in the past but have been looking for a good Biotin gummy and I found one that fits the bill! Not only does a suggested serving of 2 gummies provide 10,000 mcg of Biotin and 500 mcg of Collagen, but they are also low in sugar with only 1g of sugar! This is one of the things I have really been wanting if I were to switch to gummy form. An added bonus are the other vitamins you get- A, B6, B12, C, D, E and Zinc- which for some could eliminate the need for an additional multivitamin depending on your needs.<br />I have been taking these for about two weeks now and I have seen results by way of an improvement in my nails strength and increased shine to my hair. My nails had been growing well, however they were soft and prone to bending but now they are not!<br />The flavor isn’t strong, a light non-specific fruity/berry flavor which is a lot easier to chew and enjoy than many vitamins are to even put in your mouth and swallow. I especially like that you can order in a 2 pack or as a single bottle in case you were unsure. I am glad I got the two pack and these will be reordered!

I like the taste of the gummies. It is fruity. The bottles are a decent amount to last a while. It’s too soon to see results but I don’t have any negative effects.
