Who really enjoys taking pills for everything?? I love these gummies. They are not super sweet... just sweet enough. I have to remind myself that this is not a bottle of snacks. Just two a day. That said, my nails and hair are looking healthy and strong for the first time in a long time. This also contains black seed oil which I found out: "Current research suggests black seed oil may be effective in the treatment of asthma, aid in weight loss efforts, and help lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels." It's on the internet, so it must be true! (Yeah, I know thats not always correct) Anyhow, I don't see any ingredients that should harm me, price is great, they taste good and my hair looks great! These little bears are super tasty and are loaded with biotin and several other things to help keep your body healthy and happy. The texture is pleasant-- not grainy or mushy-- and the blueberry flavor is a nice change from the usual strawberry-ish flavor that a lot of biotin gummies use. I especially like that the bottle had three layers of tamper-proof safety seal, so I had no worries that these were new and safe. These have a bit more biotin that most gummies, so I am a big fan of these. Worth the price!

This product brings together biotin, collagen, keratin, and other various vitamins and supplements together into a gummy form. The gummies are tasty and easy to take. All of the water soluble vitamins are represented in high amounts. Vit A & D in less that RDA (fat soluble). This is a pretty good way to get these vitamins and supplements and I am a little impressed that these gummies are so loaded. Most vitamin gummies don’t have this much vitamins built in. If you are using the powder form you may want to finish the powder before you start the gummies. These are manufactured and distributed in the USA with an expiration date of 23 months.

Highly disappointed. 12,000 and did nothing for me. Didn’t grow my hair or nails. I don’t think anything is in there as far as vitamins go. They taste great but completely useless for growing hair and nails. I do not recommend.
