6 bacteria strains for essential Women’s health
When considering a new probiotic it’s important to consider the benefits, quality, the source, dosage, and value. I’ve walked through each of those areas and came up with the following.

Dosage
The suggested daily serving of 2 capsules provides 230 mg of their proprietary mix blend of probiotics. This offers 50 Billion CFUs of 6 bacteria strains (all listed below). I’m no expert but I’ve come to find that depending on the person, need ranges from a couple million to 50 billion Colony Forming Units (CFUs) per day. So I was very surprised to find this offers 50 billion CFUs, definitely not holding back. The only problem here is they don’t breakdown the amount per bacteria strain. As mentioned below, each bacteria delivers its own purposes, so knowing the quantity of each can help better understand if this product is the right fit for an individual’s concerns.

Ingredients & Benefits
The intended benefits of this product include overall digestive health, feminine health, and Immune system support. Researching each Ingredient shows that those outcomes are supported, and much more. Here’s what I found per ingredient:
• Bacillus Coagulans bacteria is naturally found in the intestines and is known to help with gut health, blood sugar & Insulin, muscle recovery, arthritis, immunity
• Lactobacillus rhamnosus - known to prevent & treat diarrhea, relieves IBS, aids gut health, may protect against cavities, may help prevent UTIs
• L. plantarum - gut protection, digestion, immunity, inflammation, nutrient absorbtion
• L. Acidophilus - vaginal inflammation, urinary tract infections, diarrhea, Urinary tract infections, Constipation, Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Gum disease, Lactose intolerance.
• B. Animalis lactis - Fight Cancerous Tumors, Improve Digestive Conditions, oral health, enhance immunity, reduce allergies and inflammation, Diabetes Management, Improve Cholesterol
• Cranberry - Protect against liver disease, Lower blood pressure, Improve eyesight, Improve cardiovascular health
• Pomegranate - Relieves Stomach Disorders, Reduce Heart Problems, Anticancer Potential, Dental care, Prevent Osteoarthritis, Anti-diabetic Properties, treat anemia
• Fructooligosacharride - support gut health, manage blood sugar, control weight, and reduce cancer risk
• Zinc - improves immunity & heart health, prevents acne, prevents vision loss (and more)

Value
The cost currently is $29 which comes to $0.50 a capsule. The daily serving is 2 capsules so at $1 day, this bottle lasts 1 month. This probiotic hits a lot of high points so I wouldn’t expect it to be cheap, especially considering probiotics in general can be pricey. That said, $30 a month is a bit high for my budget so I’d like to see it cone down a little.

Source
When it comes to nutrition, it’s especially important to know the source and in my opinion even more important when considering probiotics. The manufacturer of this is Korea Ginseng Corp (KGC) in South Korea, and apparently is a major brand in ginseng. The company is 120+ years old and has a US headquarters but I couldn’t seem to find the location. However I did discover the company haa numerous store fronts throughout the US as well. It appears the probiotic is manufactured in Korea but distributed out of Cerritos California.
Anyway, I say all that for sake of knowing that this is not a small foreign company, so at this point I agree that they are prominent in health and natural healing, I would just prefer to know more about their probiotic production.

Finally I’ll mention that the expiration is nearly 3 years out so I’m happy to see that I’ve received a recently manufactured product. Probiotics include live bacteria so this is a very key factor.
