This electrolyte drink mix isn't just the best value based on ALL the similar products out there, it's also the cleanest and best tasting! Now, for those of you wondering which flavors to choose from, I will say that both the Watermelon AND the Raspberry - Lemon flavors taste indistinguishable..........sour/tart with a hint of beets. It's not a bad taste, just not Watermelon or Raspberry. This in no way takes away from the 5 Star rating I gave it, because it still tastes great..........and one scoop makes an entire Gatorade sized bottle taste great, just letting you know what to expect. Next order, I'm going to try the Pineapple Orange. Enjoy!

I am currently doing a 21 day fast. I am on Day 8 with zero calories consumed. This stuff has kept me going. It tastes pretty good and provides the electrolytes I need to fast without becoming dehydrated. The last time I fasted I didn't go nearly this long before I was having leg cramps. So far, no cramping with this stuff. Also, I just figured out that it tastes pretty good all on it's own. The citric acid combined with salty potassium and stevia make it taste like the powder on the outside of a tear jerker. Probably need to stop eating it plain, but it is delicious. ;)

The lemonade flavor tastes like really good lemon ice cream. The powder dissolves immediately. One serving took me from *very* dehydrated, to doing okay, in 20 minutes, to back to normal, in 2 hours.<br /><br />I mix 1 scoop in a 28 shaker bottle. I find the recommended mix very intense.<br /><br />I tried out fasting, for the first time, and missed the part about the specific salts I should be taking; so I felt *terrible* and spent two days barely able to get out of bed. Two hours after drinking the first bottle, I was up and and doing some light exercise.<br />* Note that, since I'm fasting, I counteracted the acid with 1 1/2 tsp of backing soda. This downgraded the flavor from awesome to pretty good.

I also like the ratio the ingredients are delivered unlike other formulas are focused on sodium and this formula is focus on the proper recommended daily allowance your body needs. The role that electrolytes play in the human body is big, and that is something that should be taken seriously. For example, the body needs 4,700 milligrams of potassium and around 2,300 milligrams of sodium daily so that the cellular level can function the way that it should. Unfortunately however, several studies show that the average American consumes more salt in their diet than they should and that they ingest too much sodium but not enough potassium and this product hits on the right amount of everything for me and I recommend it.

I like the ratio of the electrolyte. They are not being skimpy here. However the taste is extremely sour. The directions say 1 scoop in 16 to 20 ounces of water. I put 1 scoop in 4 cups of water and it still had plenty of flavor. But I still had to add sweetener to be able to drink it. I also think that in the past I was thinking I was hungry when I was really thirty. Since starting to drink this I seem to have lost a big part of my appetite. I really like this stuff.<br />When I first ordered this, the only flavor they had was lemonade. Not my favorite. Since then I've tried watermelon which I liked better. My next order will be the raspberry.
