Great iron supplement, just wish the company was more transparent.
My daughter's doctor advised her to take an iron supplement to help her with her chronic anemia.
This product caught my eye – Mainly for the form of iron in this pill: as iron bisglycinate, which absorbs further down the intestinal tract than ferrous and therefore helps minimize the GI discomfort common with iron supplementation. It is also combined with vitamin C, which is necessary for good iron absorption, and it also has vitamin B12 and folic acid – important nutrients for young women like my daughter (and for all of us!) I love that it contains nutrients from organic brown rice, organic orange, and organic broccoli in the ingredient list.
This bottle contains 90 tablets, with 2 per serving for a 45-day supply – a pretty good value.

What I’m not so crazy about – it is very difficult to find information about this company. Nutritional supplement companies often have websites, or at least offer a variety of products. This company does not have a website, and only carries 3 products that I can find. I look for the GMP certified stamp on the bottle for added assurance that what is on the label is accurate in each pill. But this bottle does not have a GMP stamp.

So far my daughter has not experienced any GI upset that is a common side effect with taking iron supplements, and she “thinks” she has more energy.

For my reasons above, I do recommend this product, but I’d give it 5 stars if there was better information about the company and their practices, and if it had that coveted GMP seal.
