I have Multiple Sclerosis and fight Chronic Fatigue EVERY DAY with this monster! With a low Vitamin D deficiency, I need all the help I can get and have found a couple of natural vitamins have helped but this B50 is awesome! I generally take it mid morning and it helps me stay focused and alert till mid afternoon with my other vitamins. I would recommend it for anyone but especially for those with a chronic illness!

Have purchased and preferred Now Foods products for decades. Bought in lieu of smaller size jar, which I had been ordering. Was shocked when I opened jar to be hit with STRONG FISHY ODOR --- not the expected B Complex smell. Called NOW CS to report what I believe is a serious issue on several levels. And let me say, without going into detail, that response I got was inappropriate, irresponsible and unacceptable! They have terminated my customer loyalty!

It is unfortunate that some people may become hesitant about taking Vitamins - but especially the Vitamin B group contribute to my well-being. I also give these capsules to my Vietnam veteran brother who greatly benefits from them, because he needs Metformin, but in order for his body to digest the medicine well, it needs Vitamin B (specifically B12). His health has improved and he needs less Metformin at the same time1

I've been a big fan of Now products - Until Now!!I I've been taking these vitamins for 2 months and will be throwing away the remaining 200 capsules. Every time I open the lid, the smell positively GAGS me. What's going on?

Arrived promptly, and are as expected. This particular brand and packaging don't make me feel nauseated as do other high potency B vitamins when I take them in the early morning. That is a blessing.

it contains Folate (folic acid) * cyanocobalamin which is synthetic, instead of folinic acid and methylcobalamin non-synthetic. it also has fillers like magnesium stearate and food additives like cellulose & stearic acid. prefer to buy supplements without fillers and additives and real ingredients.
