I was taking B5 and B12 individually but read that too much of one or two of the Bs can negatively impact natural levels of other B's in your system. So I thought I'd try a B complex - I'm glad I did. This one is convenient and seems to be very effective (I use it to help treat Meniere's disease).<br /><br />I was getting B12 shots for awhile because I always felt better for a day or two after the shot. I think my system absorbed the B12 better that way - I never really felt like I was getting the same boost from the B12 pills. I almost tried B12 patches but after taking this B-50 pill I'm finally starting to feel some of the energy boost I used to get from the shots. I think my system is processing the B12 better when taken with the other B vitamins.<br /><br />And yes, this one includes Cyanocobalamin based B12 but from my research it has been shown to be just as effective as the more expensive forms of B12 and while there is a trace amount of cyanide in this form the cyanide compound you find in Cyanocobalamin in the exact same as one finds in almonds, apple seeds, lima beans, and other foods that we eat all the time and at the same or lower level. I love this! I have been struggling with chronic fatigue for as long as I can remember, nothing worked and I was starting to feel incredibly desperate. My doctor recommended taking a B50 complex and I'm surprised this worked right away! Yes, it did turn my urine neon yellow, but that's normal and it gave me energy and I was able to be productive at work!

On the Amazon catalog page the product was capsules. I know that for sure as I looked at it with a magnifying glass. But then when I added it to my cart, it switched over to tablets. I had to send them back because I want capsules and not tablets. I tried to order again today, and the same thing happened. The Amazon catalog said capsules. Once I put them in my shopping cart, they switched over to tablets. That isn't fair. It's something you don't notice until you receive the wrong thing in the mail. And of course the invoice and packing slip says tablets because it did revert to that in the shopping cart.

I feel healthier and more energetic when I take them. I like the brand, they don't contain polyethylene glycol like so many other vitamins do. It's poison. Be careful with Amazon, I am a vegetarian and if tablets are out of stock they bring me to the capsules and claim I bought them before.

Actually, I love Now Foods' B-50s -- been taking them forever. But, this time I wasn't paying attention to the form I was ordering. I've always taken capsules. These tablets are so huge, it takes me a very long time to **GAG** **CHOCK** swallow one. So, I'm here to buy the capsules.

Bought NOW brand B-50 mg, 250 count, and it was delivered 7/16. By 2/17 (about 6 months) the vitamins were discoloring and starting to crumble. I put in four 5gm food grade silica gel packets to absorb moisture (since I live in Hawaii). By 6/17 they are falling apart and taste like yech! Unhappy with my purchase and having to throw away over 1/2 of the 250 tablets. Container was never left open and was stored in a<br />&#34;cool dry location&#34; in a dark cupboard well away from moisture. I do not recommend the NOW brands tablets because of moisture problems.
