I did some research on the best quality vitamins to get and these were high on the list. Testing shows that they actually have what they say they have in them, unlike a lot of other brands. They smell and taste gross but I feel like that's because you're actually getting what's on the label. They're big so I personally need to let them sit in my mouth for a few second before I can swallow them with water and that's where the gross taste comes in. They remind me of the chewables I used to take as a kid. I'm not bothered by the size or the taste if the quality is good, otherwise what's the use of a vitamin.<br />*Update 10/4/16, Beware, could cause breakouts: While I still think overall these are good quality vitamins, I believe they are the cause of my recent breakouts. I started to break out terribly after I started taking these daily. I couldn't figure out what was causing it until I realized that taking these vitamins was the only new thing I started doing/using right before the breakouts. When I researched it I found that many multi-vitamins can cause breakouts because of the B12 vitamin. This multi-vitamin contains 3000% of the daily recommended dose of B12. I stopped taking the vitamins and my skin has started to clear up.

The vitamins are ok but the listing is confusing. The 180 tablet bottle contains more vitamins per tablet (you take 3 pills per day) vs the 120 capsules (you need 4 per day). This was not fully disclosed.

I tried already a lot of brands, but this is definetly the best multivitamin blend. Works great for the skin!<br /><br />The seller ORGANIC WHOLESALE is a very good seller, excellent job.<br /><br />I am a returning customer, bought this product already several times at this store and will continue to do so.

I have tried many vitamins in the past but this one is a keeper for me!I don't want to be without this product and the price is reasonable. The only con is six tablets a day but it is very gentle on the stomach,fab.

It should be noted that 3 pills equals one dose

I use other NOW suppliments so wanted to try this when I discovered some of the chemicalized vitamins in Centrum Silver....plus Eve had the iron I needed. Have been experimenting with Eve for a few weeks now - first few days of taking it I got sick, so went off it for 2 weeks then tried again. Got sick again. Am bummed, would like nothing more than to be on an all-natural multivitamin like this, but apparently something in it doesn't agree with my system.
