Great pill for men! There were a bunch of reviews on here that were mentioning size of the pill. While I don't think the pill is very big, it is above average and I can understand if some think it's too big. I've attached a picture to get some perspective. I take one a day with lunch and feel noticeably better!

Giving this multivitamin 3 stars because of a major issue. The problem is the Saw Palmetto extract. This substance is supposed to treat enlarged prostate and male pattern baldness. It accomplishes this by interfering with the body's testosterone conversion to DHT and absorption. Due to the fact that Saw Palmetto hasn't really been researched very extensively and that it is only a semi-proven treatment for very specific medical issues, it should not be a mandatory component of a men's multivitamin. I don't want to mess with my body's normal testosterone production and usage (other than giving it the things it needs to make testosterone), so I won't be taking this. I wish NOW would release a men's multivitamin without this ingredient along with any other highly non-vitamin medicinal ingredients. If I wanted to treat a specific issue with a specific medicinal supplement, I would prefer to buy that from you as its own product.

I buy these for all the men in my family. My younger brother cannot swallow large pills so he's the only one who's not a fan. My husband has low T and they work wonders for him. My older brother says they help with everything from his anxiety to sleep. Neither of them were vitamin takers before and they now cannot live without them. I also buy them Garden of Life Raw D3. These are usually priced well on Amazon but its worth looking around at Swansons and other online drug stores if you have the time. Either way, I highly recommend.

This is now the only vitamin supplement that I take. I used to have a cupboard full of various individual vitamins, believing I couldn't get it all in one. These Adam multivitamins have changed my mind.<br /><br />I've taken numerous different vitamins and multivitamins from other companies in the past. From cheap ones like One-A-Day, to multi-paks, Puritan's Pride, Plexus X-Factor, to Opti-Men multivitamin, and plenty others. These Adam multivitamins are the best of the bunch. Every vitamin that I've taken has that initial boost to them. But after a few weeks, I cannot tell the difference between taken them and not. These Adam Multivitamins are different. By the end of the bottle, I can say what a difference these make in my every day life. This is a great choice for a men's multivitamin. It's balanced and complete and I feel great. I am completely satisfied with the formulation and have no difficulty with the size of the pills. I'm particularly pleased they contain lycopene, saw palmetto, and CoQ10. Note that the dose is two pills a day with food; I take one in the morning and one in the evening. If I had one minor critique for these pills, it's that I have had a pill or two leak in the bottle (over the course of maybe ten bottles it's happened to me twice). It's not a disaster, but the remaining softgels tend to stick together and you'll need to wash your hands after handling them. I have continued to buy them in spite of this minor annoyance because I really do feel good and I haven't found a better formulation at a better price.

It is easy to get lost in the sea of information and choices when it comes to selecting a multivitamin. Vitamin and mineral sources and types, additional herbal supplement ingredients, # of pills per serving, etc. It gets a bit ridiculous.<br /><br />I've been through quite a few multi's and have settled happily on this one.<br />1. NOW is a reputable brand/manufacturer<br />2. They use quality forms of the vitamins that are actually absorbed and processed by the body<br />3. The additional herbal supplements, such as Saw Palmetto, add a nice touch to a men's multi<br />4. The price is very reasonable<br />5. Caplets are large, but easy to swallow.<br /><br />I've had others with better ingredient lists, one a day, 3 a days, organic, plant-derived, etc. Some gave me an upset stomach, some took too many pills, and others were extremely expensive. This one is just as good as the rest, if not better.
