These vitamins taste and smell good. As far as working I have noticed a considerable change in my overall nail health. My nails seem stronger and are growing faster. Definitely a vitamin that I will continue to incorporate into my daily routine.
I’ve tried all kinds of various hair skin and nails and biotin products. Of those, these are my favorite. The taste is fruity and pleasant with a nice texture that’s much easier to chew and swallow than some other harder gummies out there. No bad aftertaste. Easy to add in to the daily routine!
I dislike vitamin.
I recommend checking with a doctor to see what amount is right for you. According to the label, 2 gummies is 10,000 mcg which is 33% of recommended daily allowance for Biotin so 6 gummies a day are needed for 100%; there are 60 in a bottle so which makes this a 10 -day supply. The flavor is good, not too sweet and no aftertaste.<br /> Gummies have a better absorption rate than pill vitamins and they are easier on my stomach. It’s not practical to stock up on gummies vitamins since they will harden so but I only order what I’ll need for short time.<br /><br />*** Helpful? Nowadays lots of supplement have gone to the gummy way. This gummy is tasty and so easy to take. No longer need the hard swallowing pill any more. This is definitely much better than taking the pill.
Great tasting and has a good amount of biotin per serving! My only complaint is I wish more gummies came per bottle
