So I purchased these, took my 1 month supply. My partner n I had some fun right before, while breastfeeding and while on birth control..I ended up pregnant. It took 3 years to conceive my now 10 month old and 4 more months I'll have an Irish twin. I wasn't expecting 4 kids by 33 but life happens. Gave my last bottle to my sister in-law she took these for 3 weeks consecutively and now I have a nephew on the way. That can't be a conuensident ??sooo Try these and have some babies ! The taste is okay, but the smell is like Flintstone vitamins. I feel more energized, so I know they are working. I needed something plant based, and citrus free. I’m happy I found this product. I will continue to use.

These taste really good for adult gummy vitamins. The raspberry flavor is good; the do have a slight chalky taste and a serving is 4 gummies. The taste is on par with smarty pants but they are smaller and easier to chew.

Always check the label. Methylcobalamin is the best form of B12 from natural source instead of the synthetic Cyano type. Other than that, kids like them - no problem! Great price and I feed them each the four recommended. Couldn’t be happier. Spend wisely! 😎👍🏼

Not sure I noticed much of a difference as far as energy but my skin and hair seem softer. It’s hard to find a basic multivitamin that provides enough daily intake while at the same time not breaking the bank.

They smell and taste like vitamins. Texture is a bit dense. I've had other gummy victims that taste just like regular squishy gummies. These had the vitamin blend I was looking for though.
