I decided to try these because I am always on the lookout for new mushroom based products, because I think medicinal mushrooms are about the greatest thing on earth (as far as supplements go). Mushrooms have provided a huge benefit for me, with better overall health, energy, brain focus, etc. I ordered these gummies because they also contain Ashwagandha root, which helps with stress and anxiety and is hugely beneficial in my life. The only complaint I have about these is they are too sweet. They don't have any added sugar, but the flavor is just too sweet and fruity. If you love fruity and sweet, then you will probably like them just fine. No yukky flavor, no aftertaste.

This product I just tried for the first time and it took my anxiety down to a manageable level … I felt so productive at work … I definitely would recommend the calm and focus Gummie … Great taste and results on one gummy… even though I wanted to eat them all lol …

These mushroom gummies taste great. Watermelon flavor holds up with no aftertaste. Also nice that the daily dose is just one gummy.

I'll be blunt: I love the taste of most mushrooms, but I am the only one in my family who does, so the idea that I can also help someone else get the benefits of mushroom ingredients without them having to taste the actual mushrooms is a huge win!<br />These taste a little bit earthy at first (or maybe I just think they do because I subconsciously know they are mushrooms...anyway?) but that goes away pretty quickly and they are quite tart and tangy and they leave a nice sweet taste in your mouth. Which is good...they are a pretty substantial piece of gummy to have in your mouth if you don't like the taste!<br /><br />I like the ingredients, and feel good about taking them, and the company itself seems pretty hip!<br /><br />Very happy with this product!

While these supplements are definitely rather tasty, there ended up being a lot of red flags for me.<br />But, before I get into that- as far as the way that they effected me personally, they worked well-<br />for helping me sleep at least.<br />Taking them during the day made me really groggy, rather out of it, and kind of off.<br />I kept looking over the ingredients list on the bottle and noticed that the B3 that is mentioned in the description was not even on the label.<br />That stood out to me a lot.<br />So, I decided to go to the QR code on the bottle so I could try to find out more information. Maybe even about that batch since the lot number is printed on the bottom but illegible.<br />When I first did this and it took me to their website (first showing the link as being their website /report but then redirecting to their home page), they had the same information copied and pasted for both the Calm and Focus gummies and the Sleep ones. Which I thought was weird.<br />I checked it a few days later and it was updated... but the ingredients listed on their website for this product were different than the ones on Amazon and also what was printed on my label. But according to them it's the same product.<br />So I'm just like "So, if I order one on here and then the same product on there are they going to be different? The QR code took me to their website, so I would expect them to be the same product, right?"<br />I have no idea.<br />The inactive ingredients aren't listed on their site at all, and the active ones are vastly different. (Shown in my photo)<br />To not list B3 at all is odd enough as I have no idea how much is in it. But then we get into St. John's Wart, Eleutherococcus - Senticosus Root Extract (Siberian Ginseng/Eleuthero), and Synephrine HCL- which are NOT on the label of the one I received or on the photo of the label in this listing.<br />All three of those can interact with medications or can cause some really alternative reactions if not used correctly.<br />Especially Synephrine HCL. It is "a strong stimulant which became a popular alternative to ephedrine." It's also used in certain pre-workouts and as a fat burning supplement. Side effects can include things like rapid heartbeat and other typical things associated with stimulants.<br />So, with these things being listed as active ingredients for this SAME product on their website but not on here or on the label, I have no idea what I'm taking.<br />The directions also just say "Take 1 gummy"<br />Does that mean daily? As needed? There is no specification.<br />I can tell by the amount of D3 that is listed as in it that it's only supposed to be one a day, but there are a lot of people that might assume it's just whenever they are having anxiety or feel that they "need it" and could end up taking more than one.<br />Because of the dosages listed, that could also be dangerous.<br />I think that these gummies have a lot of potential, but until the company is more transparent and consistent with listing their actual active ingredients, and the amount of those active ingredients that are in it, and just more quality control in general- I'd probably avoid them for now.

Easy to take. The watermelon flavor is good, if somewhat uncommon. I suppose the color is a little off-putting but it's fine. I'm not sure I've felt much of a boost from taking it. I already take D3 and magnesium so I'm probably not getting any benefit from more of those.
