Overall, these aren’t bad.<br />Two of the three mixes have caffeine in them. I will say, drinking the caffeine in water form made me feel better afterwards than just drinking a coffee. I didn’t feel sluggish after the caffeine wore off.<br />The flavors aren’t bad, aren’t amazing either. To me, they have a flavor that I associate with other drinks packed with electrolytes. The lemon lime was much more sweet tasting than I anticipated, and the blueberry pineapple is heavy on the blueberry. None of the flavors have the hint of sour to balance out the sweet.

Cheaper on Amazon with free shipping than it is on their website. I will be ordering more.

Variety pack is a great way to see what flavor works best and if the ones with caffeine work better for you. I love these as they are a great way to get energy and hydrating, much better than coffee or energy drinks.

I've tried this brand before so I wasn't very nervous to try it again. Both flavors were pretty nice and they definitely help me get through particularly long days. The pouches are very convenient especially when you're constantly on the go! I keep one in my purse and the a few others in my office for when I need an afternoon pick me up. I also take one or another for travel. You just never know!<br /><br />I recommend these.

Love that this pack includes three different flavors to try. I enjoy hydration powder for refueling after a good workout, a long day or even after some drinks. The flavor in this pack are good although they do taste a bit sweet. They include 7 grams of sugar wich i do think is a bit high. Two of the flavors (Pineapple Blueberry and Blackberry Lemonade) do have caffeine, and a decent amount. So I drank those earlier in the day. Overall, I think this product does the trick but I just wish they weren't so sweet tasting. I will probababy stick with my normal brand.

Some times when your really dehydrated water just isn't enough! Use these to help replenish yourself! Really liked these just add for drink and enjoy! I didn't notice a terrible flavor but I drank it really fast. When I am dehydrated I try to restore myself asap!
