I was blown away by just how good this product tastes. I have been taking it daily in the morning before my workouts in order to stay hydrated and it even gives me a little energy boost. Overall since I started taking it my general feeling of wellness seems to be much improved!

Great flavor, easy to mix, drink one in the morning and at night and helps me hydrate and recover!

I've tried MANY of these types of electrolyte powdered drinks, and this one is probably the saltiest tasting I've tried so far. I did like that it was very quick to dissolve. Probably the fastest and easiest of all of the ones I've tried! It has a very nice strawberry flavor to it... as long as you can get past that initial saltiness. Overall, this one is pretty average. Not the best, not the worst. I wouldn't turn it down if I was able to try other flavors.

These mix packets are very convenient for traveling and anyone on the go but they taste just ok. It has that watered down taste no matter how strong you mix it. And even if it tasted great it seems a bit expensive for the amount you get.

This electrolyte powder mix came in handy when I was recently sick. Water alone was just not cutt8ng it, I felt like I couldn't stay hydrated and started using these little packets. I could tell a difference and didn't feel as dehydrated with drinking water alone. Plus the Strawberry flavor tasted great and wasn't too much like some sport drinks. Simple to tear open the packet and mix into water, occasionally I would used sparkling water to give a little extra interest. Overall, a great tasting and functioning option when you need to re-hydrate!

I wouldn't drink these just because due to the taste of the salt - and the price ($19.95) - but I think I would appreciate it more when circumstances actually called for it. The strawberry flavor is much more tolerable to me than the lemon lime. It's almost creamy and not as salty tasting. The powder mixes easily.
