This is my second order of EPN's whey protein powder and wow, and it is in my opinion, the best protein power on the market, equally useful at a meal replacement as it is for post-workout recocovery.<br /><br />I'm a runner, cyclist, and rock climber, so I need maintain muscle mass given the the endurance requirements of my physical activity. EPN's protein is ideal for this. l notice my recover more quickly after regularly taking the product after workouts, but given that it's relatively low calorie and most of what I do is endurance related, I don't bulk up too much, while at the same time increasing in strength.<br /><br />And the palatablity of the product is off the seriiously amazing. if it is mentioned that the Whey contains BCAA, along with creatine, glutamine, taurine, etc, there is a possibility that the protein supplement is amino spiked. If the protein supplement mentions proprietary protein blend or amino acid blend without disclosing what the amino acid blend consists of, then it is likely to be spiked Beware!!!

I wasn't exactly what to expect since caramel flavors can be overly sweet at times. As soon as this was delivered I opened it up and had a protein shake right away. The smell was amazing and the flavor is delicious! I look for flavors that I can use in recipes in addition to a quick shake or smoothie. This Salted Caramel flavor is sweet but not overly, powder mixes well and I look forward to making protein pancakes/waffles with this in the near future! This will also be another flavor for my morning coffee!

I love the taste of the 100% whey protein, EPN does a great job at making their products taste really good while also keeping the ingredients high quality.

You could say I’m obsessed with this protein! The flavor is amazing and it keeps me feeling full for longer. The flavor tastes exactly like you would expect, delicious. I mix with water and it still tastes great. If you aren't concerned about carbohydrates, a bit of almond milk and it's even better.
