The combination of supplements included in these is one I couldn't find with any other manufacturers. Some had calcium, magnesium & zinc, but none had calcium, magnesium and potassium. Two of these tablets provides the normal dose of calcium (500mg), magnesium (500mg) and potassium (99mg).<br /><br />At 7/8" long, they're only slightly bigger than the calcium + D3 that I normally take and weren't difficult to swallow.<br /><br />These are pretty competitively priced when compared to the daily cost of separate calcium, magnesium and potassium supplements, but note that there is no D3, which you typically get in a calcium supplement, so you'll need to take that separately if you also want the D3. Otherwise, if you like the convenience of these 3 supplements in a single tablet, this seems like a good option.

I like that it contains all the natural ingredients. Also, love it contains Calcium Magnesium Potassium so three vitamins in one. Great for health.

Son un poco grandes lo que las hace un poco difícil de “tragarse”. No tienen sabor a nada.<br />En general puedo decir que son un buen producto y buena combinación de ingredientes, pero me gustarías que fueran más compactas para que se más fácil tomarlas. Se toman 2 por día, así que duran 2 meses.

I have been using the Best Naturals brand for other products for several years. When I saw this combination of supplements I wanted to give them a try, since I was already taking each of the components individually. I'm all for reducing the number of tablet/capsules I need to take morning and evening. This combination allows me to take less. I did not notice any adverse effects making the switch.

This has been a very good nutritional supplement for me. I needed to add and increase my potassium, calcium, magnesium and this was the perfect combination to get them and make other nutrients work better. They’re a little on the big side but drinking one with plenty of water makes it wash down easily. For the amount of capsules you get this is a good value.
