The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. Blends smooth in seconds; texture is consistent every scoop.

Impressed on every front
Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable.
