These gummies taste great. I have been using tablets that get caught in my throat and start to dissolve before I can swallow them. They are like sandpaper and leave my throat sore. These gummies are so easy to chew and swallow. Much much better.
My wife has a hard time swallowing so this works out good for her. Great price and they taste good.
So far good, taste much better than tablets
I have only used one bottle and am on my second. Not sure there is any difference to see until I have blood work. My doctor just said you don’t need a lot of vitamins. Zinc and a multi and a fish oil. I stopped my C and this is what I am taking now. I’ll report if there is anything new on my blood work that shows up.
