These vitamins are very high quality. They might be a little bit more expensive than other vitamins that you get at the supermarket or the pharmacy- however- you actually absorb them and you can feel the difference!

This is my favorite zinc supplement. I take it if I'm noticing my immunity down or starting with a sore throat or other issues. I will wake up the next day with no problems. Have taken this one for years. No stomach upset or metallic taste. Highly absorbable.

I have used this exact product ever since my doctor (MD, PhD) tested me and found me lacking in zinc.<br />I eat almost no flesh and so take this quality product to make sure my body gets enough zinc. Zinc is not tested on a routine blood test, by the way. So, those of you who are reading this review who are not big flesh eaters, might consider asking your health-care person to order a test to find out if your body is deficient in zinc.
