Does not dissolve well β I end up chewing little lumps, which is unpleasant. Far too sweet, almost cloying. I have to mask it with extra liquid.

Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle β no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Pricey for what you get, and the serving size is smaller than it looks.

You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use.
