I read from a reputable longevity expert source- that this supplement can help with cell regeneration and so I have been taking it for about two weeks now. I do take other supplements but those have not changed.<br /><br /> I believe I've been experiencing improved stamina during my regular workouts- and sleeping better which is huge for me with occasional insomnia! I was diagnosed with cancer in 2015. I did so much research on natural vitamins to aid chemo in killing cancer cells. I stumbled upon Avemar which is fermented wheat germ. I had to order this direct from Hungary and it was super expensive. After my treatments and recovery I started researching cheaper substitutes and fell upon Thalacy Spermidine, I compared ingredients and everything was the same as the more expensive brands. I've been using this for months now, why buy more expensive brand names products when this one has the same powerful ingredients?

I’m concerned about the true contents of these pills which are significantly cheaper than others and are owned by a Chinese holding company. If they can provide certified third party tests showing the spermidine content to be what they claim I’d be happy to revise my star rating upwards.

I have the long version of the recent virus and wanted to follow the FLCCC protocol for it. One of the items recommended is spermidine. I looked at a lot of products before I chose this one. It contains some thiamine (a B vitamin) and low dose zinc (good for virus extinction) and the spermidine (fermented wheat germ extract). The thing that sold me was the fact that it had no fillers - the only other "ingredient" is the veggie cellulose capsule. I'm glad I found this product.
