This multivitamin for women is perfectly balanced for women’s nutritional, hormonal, and skin health needs. I like that it uses very natural and better quality versions of the vitamins I need. Compared to my usual multivitamin, it meets most of my needs. The only difference is the absence of enzymes and probiotics, but since I take these separately anyways, this vitamin is perfectly sufficient. It has added chaste tree or vitex to help balance hormones and cycles of menstruating women as well as helping with hot flashes and symptoms of menopause. Contains rosemary and grapefruit to boost collagen and prevent signs of aging. Only 2 capsules per day with a meal. It states that that for best results, you should use these for 90 days. So far, I’ve had no adverse effects. Recommend.

Good supplement. A lot of different quality ingredients in this one! The capsules are small and easy to swallow. No side effects or aftertaste for me so far, which is great. The price is a little steep for one month worth of supply, however.

My teen is taking these to help clear up some skin issues and she seems to really like them and thinks they are effective at clearing up some red spots and acne. The ingredients seem fine but there are a lot. I was unaware that she was taking two per day (per instructions) so was shocked when I checked the bottle and found way more gone than I was expecting - I didn't realize you had to take two per day so the price seems high since its monthly, not every two months like I was expecting. I think I will have a hard time purchasing more simply based off the price.

I would almost be afraid to take this supplement as there are so many ingredients included. I wonder if they are all safe to take. It is easy to take this one everyday. I don't like that they haven't gotten any 3rd party to verify the ingredients are accurate.

This is generally a good multivitamin, but a bit more expensive than I thought. The listing doesn't show that 60 capsules are only a 30-day supply so it's actually $1.30 a day. While I really like it, I would have been much happier if the listing had shown the dosage and what's in it. I only gave it 4 stars because of this lack of important information and because I would expect a "women's complete multivitamin" to contain much more than a token 5% of your daily calcium and 2% of potassium. That's really not complete. It also doesn't have much magnesium (12%), though it has 100% or more of everything else it contains. Apart from that, I'm happy with how easy the capsules are to swallow, and that they don't have any icky vitamin taste.

I have Eczema, though it has been under control. After taking this, the little bit of Eczema cleared up. Hard to say if it's from taking this for a few weeks, but I feel good about taking one supplement that includes vitamins for the skin. For a one-month supply, the price feels a bit high.
