I purchased these after reading some studies showing daily high dose magnesium oxide can help with migraine headaches in some patients. My migraines, which I've experienced since childhood, had become far more frequent (2-4 per week), and this was a low cost, low risk treatment option. It worked! I still get migraines (I likely always will), but they are back down to 1-2 per month, and overall less severe and shorter. I feel like I got my life back.<br />These tablets are effective, easy to swallow, tasteless, and I have noticed no side effects. I take one tablet daily just before bed.

I started taking these several weeks ago along with another magnesium supplement that I mix in and boy am I glad I started. I wish I had started taking these much earlier as a migraine sufferer. In the last 2 months since I started taking these, I have only had one migraine, which is unheard of for me. I know that the majority of mine are caused by tension and muscle issues in my back and neck. These have been a lifesaver for me. They have also helped with cramps and Charlie horses too. I find them easy to swallow, but I am a veteran pill taker. People who don't take pills on a regular basis may find them a little harder just because they are a tablet rather than a capsule.

This product was recommended by my husband’s Cardiologist to help regulate and stabilize his heart rate. My husband had an aortic heart valve replaced and his heart rate was irregular. He had to have a pacemaker and his doctor recommended this product. Your product was very reasonably priced and the delivery time was fantastic!!!

This product is not actually 400 mg Magnesium Oxide. On the back of the bottle it says “240 mg Magnesium (from 400 mg of Magnesium Oxide)”<br />I am returning and buying my actual 400 mg Magnesium Oxide at my local drug store. This is my 2nd bottle and I didn’t think to look at the back of the 1st bottle. I need this for migraine prevention and I have many migraines a month. I don’t know if it would’ve made a difference, but my doctor wanted me on 400mg, not whatever this is! Starting to get real disappointed in Amazon!

Somehow I ended up with two in my daily pill compartment for Saturday AM. I asked girlfriend if both looked like the same pill, since I only needed one for my AM dose. She said both were stamped G37, which means nothing to me so looked it up then checked the bottle. All were stamped G37. After a quick search I found theseare not Magnesium but Sodium Bicarbonate pills. I have dangerously low Magnesium levels which is why I am taking it in the first place. I recently had it tested again and it was even lower and now I know why. How is it this company puts antacid pills in a Magnesium bottle then sells it to the public? It tells me there are little, if any, quality control checks going on. This is irresponsible and potentially a danger Puregen should be held accountable for. It seems unlikely mine is an isolated case.<br />I also see no link to contact the company directly, which tells me they aren't concerned in the least about customer issues.
