This pill is easy to swallow. It is about the size of a fish oil capsule (see photo) but thinner. It is very smooth and has no real taste, so is easy to take. As with any supplement, it is hard to say what it might be doing in your body, but I can say it has not hurt me in any way and I think it is helping a lot by providing 77% of Daily Value for calcium, 95% of magnesium, and 227% of the zinc, according to the label. The directions indicate that three tablets are to be taken daily, but I am taking one a day as I take other supplements. The label on the front indicates this supplement is third party tested, and it is made in the USA and has no artificial colors or flavors and no preservatives, so this seems to be a great supplement to me. I liked getting a two pack, as getting things in bulk is generally cheaper.

I've never had a cal-mag-zinc supplement with such big tablets before, so I was a little surprised that not only are these rather large but the label says 3 tablets is a single dose. Overall, I found these disappointing.

This is a good combo supplement. The pills are pretty large but easy to swallow.<br />It's also a pretty good deal at $19.99 for 360 tablets. Especially they are quality supplements without a bunch of fillers.<br />My only gripe is that I wish the dosage was 1 or even 2 pills.<br />Having to take 3 pills kind of defeats the purpose of a combination supplement.

I use this to get my daily dose of calcium supplement. It is a nice tablet. There are 60 pieces in the bottle. It works fine and the dosage is appropriate.

The calcium-magnesium-zinc is a staple supplement among the older people in my family. Hard to tell the effect, and hopefully it does what is claims. There is nothing special about the tablets and how they are swallowed compared to other brands. The 1000mg Ca, 400mg Mg and 25mg Zn combination is comparable to other brands, though there are some others with much less percentages. Each serving is 3 tablets, but there is still plenty in the 2-pack (3 months’ supply). It is priced within the range of similar products. The manufacturing process that is in the USA and free of many undesirable things justify the slightly higher than average price. Overall, this supplement appears to be among the better ones on the market.

Very easy to swallow, came as a two pack 360 tablets. 1000 mg of cal, 400mg mag, and 25mg of zinc. No aftertaste but I recommend taking with food.
