I used this in a pre-work out smoothie. It blended in well and there was no unpleasant taste or weird flavors. Haven't had any unexpected side effects so I'm guessing it absorbs better in this liquid form. You use very little at a time so this bottle should last for a while
This is a great-tasting magnesium supplement that's convenient to use - I've been mixing it into smoothies and iced herbal teas. Magnesium is an excellent supplement to take to alleviate stress and improve sleep and I've noticed a positive difference when taking this. Definitely recommend!
This liquid magnesium will help you get to sleep. I like that this product is easy to take and works quickly. You may have more intense vivid dreams when you take this supplement. If you are having trouble with sleep give this a try.
You could call the flavor kinda Almond / vanilla tasting, but not by much.<br />To me this is a non descript sweet and somewhat tangy flavor<br />with no predominate taste = just sweetness.<br />The label says naturally flavored but not with what.<br /><br />This can be taken under the tongue - but I find it's best for me<br />in water / juice / smoothie.<br />> Taken straight - the sweetness is overwhelming in my throat.<br /><br />My interest was for night-time calmness and sleep, but after taking this<br />several nights = I don't find these effective for that.<br /><br />Has a flip-top pour lid.<br />It's OK = but didn't serve my purpose.

I'm a big proponent of magnesium and have been mixing a powdered version every night for years. This is my first time trying a liquid liposomal magnesium version and it's so much easier to take since I don't need to boil water to mix the powdered version. Just take a tablespoon and you're done! I like the Almond Vanilla taste (funny how the website says it's Orange) and it does not have an aftertaste. Magnesium has helped me sleep better so this is a win for me.<br /><br />It's a little more pricey than the powdered version so it would be more for the convenience factor. I didn't see an expiration date on the bottle nor the need to refrigerate after opening.
