I travel a lot from east coast to west and everywhere in between, 14 trips this year alone. So thankful to find this! Works so well and tastes good too! Grab some you won’t regret it, even if you don’t travel helps with a great night sleep and no drowsiness in the am!

I really want to love this as I have trouble sleeping but the flavor was overwhelming for the last taste before bed. I’m going to try it before I brush my teeth.<br /><br />It’s less of a spray into the mouth (which is what I was expecting) and has a similar output to like a serum you would use. So it doesn’t go far enough back in the throat when you pump.

I used this product before sleeping on a plane and before going to sleep following a 17 hour time difference. It worked well for me and I was adjusted to the new time the day after arriving.

So this product has been a total game changer for my night time routine! I didn’t think it would actually work as well as it does because I have always struggled with sleep issues and always called myself an insomniac. But this product really calms my body down, I don’t feel gross but end up falling asleep shortly after taking it. The flavor isn’t bad, lemony, not delicious but not gross. An easy repurchase for me :)
