Quality you can actually feel
Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good.

Expected more for the price
Scoop was buried at the very bottom — minor, but annoying out of the gate. Felt overpriced once I did the math on cost per dose. Gave me some stomach discomfort, so I had to stop before I could judge results.

Expected more for the price
The taste is the dealbreaker for me — way too artificial and lingers for hours. Used it consistently for six weeks and honestly felt no difference at all.

Solid choice overall
Consistent quality across every tub I've bought so far. Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Arrived sealed and well packaged, with a scoop that was actually easy to find. Pricey for what you get, and the serving size is smaller than it looks.

Not for me, unfortunately
Ingredient list has more fillers than I'd like for the price. Flavor is bland at best, slightly chemical at worst. Packaging felt flimsy and one tub arrived slightly dented.
