The product is excellent, I bought this product for the purpose of reducing my hair loss. I was not expecting results, but I\'m already seeing results in my hair and nails. My hair is much fuller and my nail growth is truly remarkable, I didn\'t even take a month for the results to be really apparent. I would recommend this product for sure.
I bought this. The directions are not correct. Says there’s 90 in the bottle. Then it says the serving size is 2 capsules. Then the bottle says a one month supply. If the serving size is 2 capsules then it’s a 45 day supply. If it’s 3 then it’s a month supply. The directions are very unclear and honestly I this product should be reported to the FDA due to the contradiction directions which could make this product unsafe.
no bad side effects after a week, my bad knee feels better, so I'm hoping for more improvements with time.
So far the product is great for my hair and nails.
I like the fact that this product is in pill form. Before I used collagen on the powder form but it only had I, II, and III. I enjoy taking this version that also includes V and X. Collagen has helped me better my skin and hair. I have always use collagen in the past but now I think I found my new and favorite brand!
