No negative side effects or smell, is a capsule vs pressed tablet with minimum ingredients

*I started taking this the day I received it, as I've been taking magnesium every day for years. Over the years I've taken several brands, capsules and tablets, so I have that experience to compare against these.
*I am having no negative side effects at all.
*These have no taste while taking, no after taste, and doesn't cause burping or heartburn after taking.
*These are a little bigger than other capsules I've taken because the dose is a little higher.
*I prefer capsules over tablets, as the magnesium tablets I've taken are low dose compared to their size due to all the other ingredients needed to glue it together and hold its shape. Tablets are cheaper, but you end up having to take a higher quantity of pills in order to get the same dose amount.
*Good for heart, bones, muscles, blood sugar levels, and more, and the body requires a lot, so as I age my doctor recommended I take magnesium as a preventative.
*There are many forms of magnesium, and this form is one of the top 2 I see recommended, with this form - magnesium glycinate - being more expensive than the other (and more expensive than cheaper versions of magnesium). You'll have to research for yourself which is best for you. Personally what I do, is instead of taking 2 of these, I take one of these and one of the magnesium citrates, for the best of both worlds.

The more easily absorbed magnesium glycinate, competitively priced

After doing a little research, I found that magnesium glycinate is much more easily absorbed than magnesium oxide found in some other supplements. I also found some that said "magnesium glycinate" on the front of the bottle, but when you looked at the ingredients, they also contained magnesium oxide. These are 100% magnesium glycinate.

Note that the 575mg magnesium is for 2 capsules, so if you're wanting 575mg/day, this is a 45 day supply.

Comparing this to other magnesium glycinate supplements from my local chain pharmacy, this is actually pretty competitively priced for the amount of magnesium it contains. Some other brands are 400mg, which at 96% of the recommended daily amount may be all some people want or need, but if you're looking for the higher dose offered by these, this seems like a good option.

Very good magnesium supplement

Prefer magnesium glycinate as it seems to absorb well and help with muscle relaxation. Recommended.

Chelatled Magnesium

This is a chelated magnesium glycinate, 575 mg, which is apparently the best kind. I use magnesium primarily for leg cramps. I haven't had any since i have been taking this brand. That may or may not be causal. The capsules are large and a little hard to swallow. I think the price is a little high. But overall these are effective magnesium.

Easily tolerated and absorbed form of magnesium

This form of magnesium, magnesium glycinate, is easily absorbed and doesn't cause digestive distress like some common forms of the supplement. This brand looks typical for this product, and while I haven't laboratory tested it, I haven't had any problems using it.

Good for post workout

This was a good quality magnesium supplement I found useful in my supplement stack, as none of my multivitamins contain magnesium surprisingly. I found this useful to take at night after a workout to help with relaxation and relief.
