NEVISS's brand Vitamin B6 Tablets also contain Vitamin B1, Magnesium, and 5 HTP. I have taken various combinations of these for many years due to slight general anxiety and mood leveling. This product seems to work for me in that I feel less general malaise and am focusing better. I take one tablet a day and they have a great non-sweet berry taste. One thing that made me hesitate getting these though, and it was the fact that NEVISS has misspelled Magnesium in the product description. It just doesn't look professional, and I took one star off the review because of it.

My fault for not reading the full ingredient list. But this isn’t just B6 and magnesium. It has b1 and 5-htp as well as xylitol. Both the 5-htp and xylitol can’t be taken if you’re pregnant so it’s useless for what I bought it for. Non-returnable or refundable.

I like this product. It doesn't hurt my stomach. It is easy to swallow. It appears to offer quite a few different benefits. I find that it works best with a good diet and exercise. I enjoyed it more with a little food in my stomach which helps to time the release of the product in my system. I feel generally good when taking this. I would recommend this product!

They taste nice as they soak in my blood system while under my tongue and they help me to feel good. They’re made clean, are Non-GMO, are 3rd Party Tested after being manufactured in an GMP Certified Facility in the USA. They’re easy to recommend!

My body has a hard time absorbing vitamins and supplements (in pill form) correctly due to some physical issues that I have, so I try to find sublingual whenever I can.<br />I have to take B6 and have not been able to find them in sublingual form in the stores that I go too, so this was really exciting for me.<br />They taste as expected (not too sweet, not too bitter), and after taking them for over a month, I can actually feel a difference compared to the regular b6 pills I was taking before.

The feeling of these on your tongue is really strange. They almost fizz, but not like pop rocks, they feel kind of fuzzy almost. The taste isn't great, but it's not terrible either. They smell really good so I was hoping they would taste good too. I did swallow it pretty easily, I'm just not sure if that's as effective as letting it sit on your tongue.
