my skin began to go wonky when the pandemic started. I think it was a stress response. Before starting to take this, I used to take just a simple stand alone probiotic and while that helped some, I would still have irregular digestion. Ever since I started taking this, my bowel movements and digestion have been SO much better. I can't be more pleased with this product and will continue to take this multi-collagen blend! Great product. It soothes my belly and my smooths my skin. What is not to love?
