Really boosts digestive kapow! 💥
Years ago I used to see an Ayurvedic doctor who prescribed Amla, among other herbs/foods to improve my health. And it truly helped! But then over time, my Amla usage kinda fell by the wayside, so I was stoked to see this organic Amla powder and give it a go!<br /><br />Gotta say, I’m super pleased with the quality AND quantity for the price of this product! Amla is a dried, powered form of Indian gooseberry, which has a tart, slightly bitter flavor. I can taste it more since I use it fairly plain, mixing the recommended 1/4 teaspoon (see pic) into an 10 ounce glass of water with some tart cherry concentrate. But when used in a smoothie, you truly cannot taste its presence at all! I’ll say in the short time I’ve been using this, I noted an immediate improvement in my digestion. So this is AWESOME for maintaining regularity and helping with digestive function in general. The glass jar is super heavy duty, blocks UV rays, & preserves the powder well. Lid is threaded and screws on securely. Definitely a great jar for repurposing things like loose tea once it’s empty! FYI: the jar does contain the full 4oz of amla but will appear about halfway full, so don’t be worried when you open it! Also, because so little is used at a time, it will certainly last! However, do note the best used by date on the bottom (mine is good until late December 23’) so you finish the bottle while it’s still got efficacy.<br /><br />Highly recommend this superior quality organic amla powder superfood as an easy, cost effective way to support your body’s digestion, and overall health! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
