I've had a full set of dentures for 15 yrs. I only use powder adhesive for upper since they don't move a lot. I use 2 Seabond wafers at a time on my lowers without any adhesives to get a good fit and no soreness at all. The only thing that keeps lower dentures in place are dental implants!
I have been using this product for many years. In the past 6 months or so, it has become quite clear that SeaBond changed the formula dramatically. Now, not only does it NOT adhere, but it quickly turns into a slippery, slimy mess. I will begin looking for an alternative. I will not be recommending this product in the future.
Hard to put in
Okay, so far no other choice.
My husband relies on these daily. He says they don't always stay in place on his lowers, but it works better than the adhesive stuff. We found that the price on Amazon is so much better than elsewhere.
Got this and had it delivered to my mom in Florida, who was having trouble with her new dentures. She's happy now.
