Helps to reduce blood sugar
I have metabolic syndrome and elevated sugar. I decided to test the Body Fluids Support Supplement. The concept of this supplement is correct: it contains minerals that are important for intracellular activities: zink, magnesium and manganese function as a cofactor for a variety of enzymes including sugar utilization Glycolysis and Krebs cycle pathway. Chromium is a cofactor for the enzyme chromodulin, which improves tissue sensitivity to insulin and facilitates glucose (sugar) transport into cells. The food supplement also contains Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) and biotin - both are critical for Krebs's cycle activity - I will skip formulas and details.<br />The product is well packed, arrived in a nice box, which is totally unusual for food supplements. Capsules are easy to swallow, and they have no bad smell, aftertaste, or side effects. As many reviewers noticed and pointed out, the product price is high. After one month of testing the Body Fluids Support Supplement (all in one mix), I switched to a separate and more potent biotin supplement, a separate Alpha Lipoic Acid supplement, and a separate mineral mix supplement. In the winter season, the magnesium dose should be 100-200% of the daily dose, not 60% as it is supplied in the Blood Sugar supplement. Instead of three capsules of the Body Sugar Support Supplement, I now take three different supplements - for a total cost of about $15 per month.
