Helps me especially during cold weather
Many people with borderline cholesterol numbers are recommended niacin as a remedy. Also many people believe that niacin can promote better peripheral blood circulation and thus reduce cold fingers and toes. For both of those reasons I periodically take niacin and niacinamide. The latter won't cause the "pins and needles" sensation that often comes from conventional niacin.

I trust the Now brand for supplements from years of experience so I also feel confident ordering this formulation.

My only reservation is that this is a pretty high dose for most people-- so you might want to consult your doctor. The saving grace: if you typically take 500mg you can use a pill cutter. And your cost per dose will be lower than if you bought 500mg pills.
