I usually use 30 mg of melatonin to sleep and these did not seem to have any impact on my ability to fall asleep, I am hesitant to take 2. Additionally, despite not being able to sleep I had morning grogginess that I feel was a result of these pills. I would not recommend these if you are use to a higher milligram dosage.

I take these every night and they help greatly when going to sleep. The tablet dissolves in the mouth and has a very nice grape taste that won't bother you at all. They help you relax and get a good night sleep.

I sometimes have a hard time falling asleep so I take melatonin every now and then. These are by far the best ones. They work right away, and they keep me asleep through the night. Other ones I have tried, I wake up in the middle of the night and am not able to go back to sleep. I don't feel groggy when I wake up either. These are a great choice!

Be sure to check the dose before taking, as you might want to split them or risk a sleep hangover. I've never had a chewable/dissolvable melatonin before; don't mind the flavor. Not sure the extra vitamins help with sleep, but who knows!

Likely due to the Stevia Leaf Extract and Monk Fruit Extract, these pills have an odd taste that do not quite taste like the strawberry flavor they are supposed to be. These pills do seem to work as far as delivering Melatonin and are fairly small, so they should be easy enough to swallow.

I have taken this off and on for the last several weeks, and I think it helps, but I haven't just all of a sudden started having a great night's sleep. For me, I think there are other issues at play, like my back hurts, or dogs barking, or wife snoring lol. I have also taken things like Benadryl, or other sleep supplements, and they all have about the same effect. I also have gone nights without taking anything, and seem to sleep the same.<br /><br />But these are easy to take, and also are a high dosage. So that's good. The price seems high, but you do get a lot of pills in the bottle.
