Worked perfectly for ridding my son of his migraine headaches from a double concussion (08/2019). This was the ONLY place that we could find the correct mg pill vs taking 4-100s!! Thank goodness!!
I noticed after taking this supplement twice a day, my chapped lips were immediately cured. I actually take this with another nutritional yeast supplement. Stopped taking this B2 supplement for a few days and my lips chapped again.
I have such a hard time finding B2 vitamins so I was really happy to find these. I take 400mgs a day, and before I found these I was taken 4 pills. These are great as I only need to take one a day. Great value. I will definitely buy these again.
I usually take 4 B2 vitamins and they have a tendency to get stuck in my mouth and they tasted awful. This is 1000x better. I just swallow it and no weird after taste.
