I have tried many other brands and was using another one that I couldn’t get. So tried this one and will not go back to the other. I sleep so good now. Feel great. The only thing I dislike is that all of the bears stick together so it’s hard to get them out.
Came as one big clump
As an RN, I know the importance of magnesium in your diet and the fact that most people do not consume enough with our diets. Some magnesium supplements can be crazy expensive so I’m so happy I found these! great for anyone with gut, sleep, or muscle cramp issues!
We love these! Great flavor and doesnt give you the hard to wake up feeling after using melatonin. We both like these!
They taste great, & even though they have sugar alcohols to sweeten it is a small amount & doesnt upset my stomach or give me gas or diarrhea the way other foods that have xylitol in it does. There are not many gummy’s that taste good that don’t have sugar... so 5 starts for that! I have high blood sugar so the last thing I need is candy vitamins that spike my sugar while I’m trying to be healthy! But I also am tired of taking pills.. I have a vitD/K to swallow plus a multivitamin & other meds so I wanted a treat vitamin that didn’t cause high blood sugar’ -this delivers ! Tastes great no side effects Or issues. Only minus 1/2 star because they clump in the bottle.. but that’s okay it’s not really a problem just flip bottle upside down & they separate easily. Love these & want to order more!! Other magnesium (mag citrate gummie) makes me poop like in 5 min lol! These do not do that thankfully!!!
