Couple of gummies before bed helps a lot to relax. Natural and has no side effect. Must have to stave off the winter blues :(

I really looked forward to getting these, but I had a heck of a time opening the jar! I am used to doing the press down and twist open, but this jar was ridiculous. I finally turned it on its head after trying a foam pad, hammer, pliers…My hands hurt. Then I had to stab through the seal. Yegads! Not sure if the contents were worth the trouble, but I resealed the jar with aluminum foil so I don’t have to go through this again. I’m not sure of the effectiveness yet, but I know Ashwagandha is an excellent herb and look forward to its benefits. I chose these because of the high potency, and it’s not capsules. UPDATE: thinking the problems I had with opening the jar were a fluke, I bought another jar. Alas, same problems! I’m not sure why they chose to use this packaging, but they need to rethink. Square caps don’t work! No real effectiveness detected, so I’m switching. Can’t deal with the aggravation.

I purchased these supplements as a way for me to manage my anxiety a bit better throughout the day. Although it says "sleep support" on the product, it did chill me out a bit but did not help specifically with sleep (which is okay since I wanted it for daytime anyways). At first, the flavor was okay until the after taste hit - the after taste tasted like I had chewed an aspirin. Gross, but can easily be washed down with something to drink. I've taken it twice so far and feel a bit calmer and overthink less when I have taken it. Overall, if you can get past the taste, I think it's a helpful alternative to smoking cannabis for daytime without the "high".

The taste is an acquired one but I take before bed with a bottle of water since I have adult ADHD it helps me relax my mind

First, the taste is awful. I purchased these to help with my anxiety. The potency is significant opposed to other brands I’ve tried. Price for potency is great. If you can get through the taste the product itself works wonders in regards to help induce relaxation for sleep. I’d definitely recommend taking at night before bed. I did not read the packaging when it says it helps sleep. I took it in the daytime and I was ready for a nap. So far, I like these gummies.
