I was looking for a b vitamin supplement that didn't have insane amounts, since those tend to make me feel a a bit "off." I was happy to find that this one only has 100% DV, however upon recieving it I noticed that isn't the case, and the values are actually much higher (see photo).<br /><br />Regardless, the percentages are still far lower than most other B Complex's available on the market - so luckily, this product is well tolerated by me. I am still quite dissapointed in the deceptive listing, so I'm posting this review as a warning to others who may have been looking for the same thing.

If you're looking for vitamin B that meets recommended daily allowance without going over the top without a thousandfold dosage, this is perfect. Why create expensive urine?

Label on product listed shows clearly "Full Spectrum B". However, label on bottle sent shows clearly<br />"Full Spectrum", without the letter B.

This is a product that is not excessive in content. It keeps mostly to a 100% RDA without extra to pee out. I take it daily and find it is just a perfect dose without waste. The supplier is speedy and on top of the order as well. Best value I've found.

Front label doesn’t say “Full Spectrum B” Why not? Label on side does say it. Please fix front label.
