The pants are soft and comfortable pants. I am using a pj bottoms. They put the tag on the outside of the garment, that isn't a big deal for these but I did cut it off. I went with one size up.

These pants are SUPER soft. The fabric is stretchy and comfortable, and doesn't itch at all. I have nummular eczema that flares up on my legs and these pants do not irritate the spots at all.<br /><br />That said, I think the sizing is a little odd. They are supposed to be snug-fitting, and are a bit snugger than I would like around the waist. Personally, I would prefer a wider waistband, but that's just me. I expected them to fit like leggings or yoga pants, but the ankles are loose. And I have big ankles, with one swollen to twice its normal size due to a recent ankle surgery. For reference, I bought a size large ankle brace based on the measurements of my healthy ankle. The ankle area of these pants is still loose. Length-wise these pants (size medium) are a little long for me, but since I'm 5'2", most pants are too long for me.<br /><br />The tag is external, though I'm not sure why there needs to be a tag at all. I ordered a matching shirt and its label is printed directly on the fabric.<br /><br />It's currently summer and the thought of layering pants under pants is frightening. Although I wouldn't call these pants warm, I wouldn't call them cool, either. I also wouldn't go out wearing them without something over them because the fabric is pretty thin, white, and somewhat transparent. But they are functional, soft, and comfy, and they don't further irritate already inflamed skin. Still a win!

These pants feel amazing on my skin. The fabric is soft and cool and yet keeps my legs warm. I love that they put the tag on the outside! Finally, someone gets it! I didn’t have any rash or irritation after wearing these and I feel they will come in very handy in the winter when I have to wear heavier pants that can cause me to break out in rashes. These will make a very soothing buffer to use beneath them.

This is a 5-Star easily. These are super-soft and so comfortable. As advertised there is no itch, and the tag on the outside is a great touch.<br />These are great for at home, but to be worn outside you must have something over them as they tend to be somewhat sheer.<br />Will be getting more of these very soon.

I do appreciate that tag and now, rather than cut it off, I can leave it on to see the washing instructions.<br /><br />The pants are super comfy and soft, great for the skin and also could be an extra layer of warmth when needed. They fit perfectly.

This pant is soft, thin & lightweight. I think it is extremely overpriced because it is so thin and see through. I don't suffer from eczema but was interested in seeing what this was all about. I can see it providing a good protective barrier against other fabrics that would cause irritation for those suffering from eczema. The size tag is on the outside of the pants so it doesn't irritate one's skin. I could wear this under a long tunic shirt or under a skirt/ dress like leggings. It is comfortable on the skin, feels like I'm not wearing anything. It is pretty high waisted on me which is not a problem.
