Like the 2 capsule dosage

Bluebonnet is a name that I think I can trust. They seem to have a very good reputation. I like that the 1000mg dosage is split into 2 capsules. That way, I can take one early and one late in the day. Or just one a day, since even one is over 500% of the RDA. Most others are one 1000mg capsule, and I wonder how much vitamin C goes to waste when such a huge dosage is taken all at once. I've been taking them for a couple weeks now, and I have no side affects or issues to report.

Fine if the Specifications suit your needs

I don't know much about supplements, so you'll need to decide if the specs noted for this one are what will work for you to justify the price. They specify taking two tabs a day for 1000mg total, but other brands go with 500mg, so you might can stretch out the supply to six months, especially if you're also taking another multivitamin.

Capsules have a faint neutral scent/flavor, nothing objectionable.

Probably the very best form of vitamin C.

Liposomal formulas are becoming popular because of tangible benefits, mostly relating to absorption. Bluebonnet Nutrition Liposomal Vitamin C is vegan, being formulated with sunflower lecithin. It may promote joint health, in addition to having better absorption.

The medium-sized capsules are easy for me to swallow, and the expiration date on my glass bottle is 30 months out. That’s a generous safety margin for a 90-day supply.

I’ve experienced absolutely no gastrointestinal issues, which is always a potential concern with vitamin C. I attribute the lack of unwanted effects to the liposomal formula.

I really like the idea of taking a liposomal form of vitamin C, mostly because of the enhanced absorption. That, of course, comes at a higher price, and I fully accept that. However, this one costs nearly twice as much as my usual liposomal C, so I deducted a star for value. Except for that single reservation, this is a five-star product.

Good value, easy to swallow

Good value for money on this three-month supply of vitamin C. The pills are not large at all and are easy-to-swallow capsules. Can't taste anything. What more can you ask for?

Good vitamin c supplement

These are nice easy to swallow vitamin c pills. The capsules are big but went down fine. Didn't notice a funny taste at all.

Very good for my joint health

Bluebonnet Nutrition Liposomal Vitamin C 1000 mg - Made with Sunflower Oil - for Immune & Joint Comfort - Vegan, Kosher, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free Milk-Free - 180 Vegetable Capsules, 90 Servings

I'm very active at 66 years of age and moving seems to help my joints but I do have osteoarthritis and taking Liposomal Vitamin C is the type of Vit C that can be most helpful for joint support. This bottle is a 3 month supple at two capsules a day. The capsules are big but I have no trouble taking them. The bottle comes well sealed and is dark, to protect the vitamins from light damage.
