Zero clumping, which I appreciate since my old one needed a whisk every time. Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable.

Impressed on every front
Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom.

Good but not perfect
Tastes way better than I expected for a supplement; I actually look forward to taking it. No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. Used it consistently for six weeks and honestly felt no difference at all.
