I was looking for a supplement that contained zinc (picolinate, acetate or citrate) for my son's immune system now that he went back to in-person and flu season is around the corner. Out of all the supplements out there this one got my interest because it has zinc citrate which is one of the three types that the body absorbs.<br />My son loves the taste.<br />I am happy and I enrolled in the subscribe program.<br />*update:<br />We are still enrolled in the subscription of this multivitamin gummies....my 7 yr old likes the flavor, and for me is peace of mind....beside of encouraging a balanced diet he is also taking good quality supplement that includes a good form of zinc.

So far my three boys like them. Each morning they’re sure to get them out and take them with breakfast. It can be hard to find a supplement for kids that don’t make them gag. . One of my children is ‘sensory sensitive’ to textures and this one hasn’t been an issue. With that being said, it’s nice to have something extra to help supplement in addition to his diet, with out the extra junk. Simple ingredients. There is an allergen warning for tree nuts (coconut) on the bottle.

I enjoy these gummies. They make getting your daily vitamins/minerals pleasant. My little cousin and I both take these. The texture is great....they don't stick in your teeth like a lot of gummies do. One of the flavors is a little too sweet (I think it is the pineapple), but it is still tasty. I like that it is vegetarian/vegan friendly as I don't eat meat. They seem to help me focus and get through my day better. I feel better taking these than those sugary ones you buy in the stores. The ingredients are much better without all of that artificial nastiness.

I'm the type of person who tastes everything before giving it to my son. these were probably the toughest gummies I've ever had in my life. They tasted okay for vitamins. My son frequently gets sick so I was trying to find something that was an all-in-one and I do believe that this did boost his immune. I'm trying to find a vitamin that also boosts his appetite as well and then I came across this one. I was curious to see if it actually would boost his immune because I was becoming worried. I fully believed this helped him stay healthy and strong during flu season.

New Note: My husband loves them and requested I order more!<br />I have 3 kids. We try to keep vitamins on hand and give them to them regularly. I was excited to give this new product a try. It is procedure fair and seems to have good ingredients. My kids gave their input too.<br />1, doesn't care for gummies, he said these are so so.<br />2, said these are her fave gummy vitamins.<br />3, said these were not his fave, but a close 2nd.<br />All 3 said they'd take them though, they don't always say that. So, there is that.

It's synthetic vitamin E that's cancer causing. No thanks! So much for plant based.
