I started taking these pills because my hair was brittle and not growing. I have done years of bleaching to my hair. In 2 weeks my hair had grown faster than I expected. I would recommend this product because it works.

Age 47. I decided to start using this brand right the start of the year after noticing that I was shedding much more than I had been in years past (due to age and post Covid). Pricewise this was more than reasonable. It took about a month and 1/2 to really notice that I wasn't shedding as much. Obviously factors like how you take care of your hair come into play as well. I get a relaxer every 10 weeks and have been diligent about products, protective styles, and using minimal heat. At the 3 1/2 month mark I can see the temples filling in as well. I take 2 pills each morning (3 upsets my stomach a bit). Less hair in the comb/brush. I will continue to use this and update around every 3 months or so.

I have recently been introduced to liposomal vitamins. I am very deficient in vitamin d and have to take higher doses then normal.
