Overall the pill is small and easy to take. The flavor isn’t bad. The dosage of the product is really great too.

I've recently started using this brand of chewable melatonin supplement with vitamin D3 and B12 from about 2 months, and I must say I'm incredibly satisfied with both the effects experienced and the ease of sticking to taking these! I've always had trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep, but since taking this supplement, I've seen a noticeable improvement in the quality of my sleep. And secondly, a habit is as good as easy it is to follow – and their dissolvable chewable format means I don’t have to skip them if I keep them on bed stand. I do tend to take them at least 45 minutes prior to sleep time and find the effect some how kick in with this lead time the best.<br /><br />Also, being able to just chew up and swallow these tablets is a game-changer for me because I detest swallowing pills. This is one of the things I enjoy most about this supplement. Taking them is easy to stick to because they taste no bitterness and just dissolve.<br /><br />The additional vitamins B12 and D3 are a welcome complement in addition to the melatonin. It has always been challenging, but I always strive to make sure I consume enough of these nutrients either in my diet or externally especially with a a desk job. They being a part of the supplement gives me the wholeness that I'm caring for my body in a variety of ways. Lastly the supply is generous to be able to stick with the process with all of these pieces.<br /><br />All over, I couldn't be happier with these Chewable version of Melatonin Supplement and I wholeheartedly endorse it to anyone having trouble falling asleep. I've had a noticeable improvement and will recommend to anyone with the similar needs.

Melatonin has always been questionable to me. I'm not sure if it works, I've heard both sides. I figured I'd try it though and so far, so good. It could be placebo or maybe the last week has just been a good week however these have seemed to help keep the kids asleep better. Not drugged just not getting up and down as much, resulting in a more restful experience. The tablets are a little tart, they remind me more of a chalky sour candy, though the kids like them and have not complained.<br /><br />The only issue I have is that the bottle label shown in the ad is different than the one that actually arrived. The one that arrived says not to exceed 1 tablet a day (with no age exceptions etc.) however the ad shows going up to 3 tablets - which is it? I've only been doing 1 and that's has seem to be enough despite the ages.<br /><br />Would I recommend? So far, yes. At the very least, even if this is placebo, it has started a night time routine that is getting them in the mind set of chewable=bed/sleep and maybe that's enough.

I am so happy I found this melatonin due to its great quality and it’s affordable price. I usually buy the zarbees melatonin for my daughter but I wanted to find a more affordable option. My daughter willing will take this melatonin and hasn’t complained about the taste, she didn’t like the taste of the gummy zarbees. The melatonin works wonderfully and I will continue to purchase it once I need more.
